Connect your phone system

Do this once. It lets your 3CX phone system tell this app when you make a call.

If a CRM is already set up in 3CX, this file would replace it. Contact Al before you upload.

1. Download your file.

   Download setup file

   This file is private to your business. Please don't share it.

2. Upload it in 3CX.

   In 3CX, go to Integrations > CRM and upload the file.

3. Restart 3CX when no one is on a call.

   Restarting can drop calls that are in progress, so do it after hours.

4. Make one call to an outside number.

   When it works, the box at the top of this page will say it's connected.
