Terms of Service

SidecarPBX is provided by Systemsaholic (“we”, “us”). By using it, you and the business you use it for agree to these terms.
The service
SidecarPBX adds features to your 3CX phone system. It is an independent product, not made by or affiliated with 3CX. The features you can use depend on your subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for who you give access to and for what happens under your logins. Keep your passwords private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Your data
Your lists and call records remain yours. We use them only to provide and support SidecarPBX. You are responsible for having the right to upload the numbers you add and for following the laws that apply to your calls, including do-not-call rules.
Support access
Our support staff may log into your account to help you, fix a problem or keep the service running. While they do, they can see and do what your own users can. Each visit is limited in time and recorded on our side. We do not notify you of each visit.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is not paid for, or puts the service at risk. While an account is suspended its users cannot sign in, its data is kept, and calls from its 3CX keep being recorded. To close your account and have its data deleted, email us.
No guarantees
We work to keep SidecarPBX running and accurate, but it is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, or that every call will be captured.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use SidecarPBX after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
